Sausage Rolls

Brown Jimmy Dean Original sausage then add:
¼ cup fresh chives
½ of a small chopped onion
2 jalapenos
2 bell peppers
1 cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons of garlic powder
Take off of the stove, and then add to a bowl the mixture. Add these to the sausage mixture:
1 small container of cream cheese
1 small container of sour cream
3 cups cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon Cajan seasonings
½ cup green onions
Just a dash of salt and pepper
Refrigerate for one hour or until one hour until you serve guests
Use pop can bread or pop can croissants , already cooked dinner rolls or use sausage mixture as a dip.
If using pop can bread (I use Pillsbury Italian), just cut off a piece, add some mixture, and then cook according to directions on the can. For dinner rolls (such as the kind in a bakery), cut off the tops of the bread, take a knife and hollow out the roll, add mixture and bake until tops are brown.

This is a very forgiving recipe. If you do not have sour cream, or certain peppers, you can omit, and it is still delicious. Just make sure you have some kind of hot peppers, cream cheese and cheese for the mixture, and you are all set.
