Egg Free Chicken Salad

Tablespoon butter
One cut green onion white and green parts. Cook in microwave about 45 seconds.
White chicken cooked in olive oil with salt, pepper and garlic. Just a couple
of shakes of salt and pepper. One teaspoon of garlic. Remove to cool. Add ¼ cup banana peppers
or any peppers you like to the olive oil that the chicken was cooked in.
Mix shredded chicken, green onions with butter, as much cream cheese as
needed to coat, ½ cup walnuts, banana peppers, and ½ teaspoon of mustard together.
Serve on whole wheat toast. Salt and pepper to taste. Yum, and so easy to make.
Add any additions that you like to this like onion, green peppers, apples and celery.

Even your non-allergic friends will enjoy this chicken salad. I served it at my oldest's birthday party.
