Hi, welcome to my lil' blog. If you found me, then you must be looking for totally eggfree recipes. Since I am allergic to egg whites, I am unable to use egg substitutes like egg beaters. I had to come up with other ways to eat like "everyone" else. When I was younger, my mother used to wash the egg as best she could when separating the yolk from the white so she would use the yolk in recipes. As I got older, instead of outgrowing my allergy like most people, I became more allergic. Now, I do not put any eggs in my recipes. Majority of the recipes on this site will be recipes that would normally have eggs in them. From time to time, I will add some of my favorite recipes that never has eggs in it. Please leave me comments and let me know what you think about my recipes.
