Pepper Corn Casserole

Pepper Corn Casserole

3/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon flour
1 can cream corn
Half of an onion
Half of a green pepper
4 pieces of cooked bacon
Crushed crackers for topping (about half a cup) I like Ritz
2 shakes of salt
2 shakes of pepper

Mix all ingredients, but crackers. Then once corn casserole is mixed, add crackers to the top.

Bake 350 until brown.
